Prior to co-founding Silicon Spectrum, Mr. Macleod was formerly the Chief Technology Officer and Chief Hardware Architect from Number Nine Visual Technologies. At Number Nine he architected the worlds first 128 bit graphics accelerator, the Imagine 128. From there he led Number Nine through three more generations of high speed graphics accelerators which helped bring Number Nine to a successful IPO. Mr. Macleod brings over 20 years of graphics and management experience to Silicon Spectrum, having served in companies such as Data General, Lockheed Sanders and AMCC.

Prior to co-founding Silicon Spectrum, Mr Bruno was a former Architect and ASIC designer for Number Nine Visual Technology where he worked directly for Mr. Macleod on advanced projects. He helped architect many advanced features for the Imagine family of graphics accelerators, such as 3D, caching and high speed graphics datapaths. Mr. Bruno brings over 15 years of experience in design and architecture from such companies as: Lockheed Sanders, AMCC and Ellacoya Networks. Mr Bruno Holds a BSEE and MSEE from Tufts University and an MBA with a minor in marketing from Southern NH University.
